In terms of safety, Cannabidiol, CBD is legalized as a supplement for pain relief. It is not yet proven as to how CBD can react when prescribed with other medications or other substances. Most companies may advertise their products containing CBD and can be used for medical and therapeutic uses. These claims are unsubstantial.

On the issue of cancer treatment, can CBD help treat Cancer?

Though CBD has been tested on animals, the result showed that Cannabidiol, CBD can help reduce the growth of certain cancer cells. As much as we will like to support the claim, these results are not yet tested for human uses. Therefore, CBD may not be suitable for humans as a cancer treatment supplement until tested and approved.
